In my spare time, I enjoy my children and grandchildren and hunting.

Beth’s Biography

I am a Professional Voluntary Benefit Consultant for the last year. This past year I have opened 6 groups on my own and worked on over 30 accounts. I was an HR/Practice Manager for  a Dermatology practice for 16 years. I managed over 250 employees, 25 offices, and over 30 doctors. I am a people person and love dealing with people. I am looking forward to my new career and working with you and your employees, I always give my best and am very kind.

I am a mother of 2 boys and 2 girls. I have 4 beautiful grandchildren that are the light of my life. I come from a very big family, so family and friends are very important to me. I am always there for them when they need me. I am always available to lend a helping hand whenever I am needed.

I also volunteer my time in non profit organizations. One is called CHHIPS, which is an organization that raises money for handicapped children. I also volunteer my time to HELP STOP THE SILENCE, which is an organization that helps anyone that may be thinking of suicide.

I am a Voluntary Benefits Broker and I have been in the industry since August 2012 representing a few top name carriers. I provide answers for business owners and their valued employees through strategic planning and a needs based analysis. I find extreme pride in what I do when I see employees being provided what they need when they need it the most. I proudly service over 100 personal accounts.

I am a United States Army War Veteran that served 6 years in the military with 2 overseas deployments. I currently enjoy what I do by helping others in the community both professional and personal. I am an extremely disciplined and selfless individual and will go out of my way to see others obtain happiness. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, hiking, camping and spending quality time with family.

Tina’s Biography

My name is Tina Boncher.  I am a Voluntary Benefits Broker working in the voluntary market since 2009.  I am licensed with AFLAC, Colonial Life, Transamerica Life Insurance and Reliance Standard.  

My primary goal is to offer business owners the best benefit options suited for their employees’ specific needs.  In addition, I help the employees understand and choose the best product(s) tailored for their individual and families’ needs.

Prior to working in the insurance industry, I was a Legal Assistant for 25 years working with trial attorneys in a fast-pace environment.

On a personal level, I have compassion for people and animals.  I support many organizations and am a Volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association in Carbon County, Pennsylvania for the last 5 years.

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends; and my two dogs, Lucky and Sarah.  Bicycling is my stress outlet and when weather permits you will find me enjoying a nice long ride around the lake.

I am a Voluntary Benefit Broker/Consultant. I have been in this line of work for 3 years and have learned so much. I worked with Aflac for my entire career and was the Rookie of the Year my first year with them. I also worked with NY Life for one year and made council in my first six months. I am driven and love to help people. I selected voluntary benefits over life coverage, because I enjoy helping people with living and taking care of their families. I believe it is very important to protect your income and way of life while you are here to enjoy it.

On a personal level, I am happily married to an amazing man and have 2  bright successful daughters and 5 precious grandchildren. I am an exercise junkie and I love to cook. (but not clean up after myself) Mostly I love to laugh and enjoy being with my family and friends.

Hello, my name is Anna Martin and I am a Benefits Broker. I have seen a lot while working in this career field and every day it encourages me to do my job to the absolute best of my ability. My greatest joy is helping people business owners and employees alike. I truly believe in what I do and I have a passion to serve the people of my community.

On a personal level I have 2 wonderful pets, a yellow lab named Stella and a fat and happy house cat named Fiona. I love spending time with my family and friends and also being outdoors. I love to laugh and have fun. I am personable and caring and will do whatever I can for you.

I am a Voluntary Benefits Broker. I have been in this market since 2014. My primary goal is to offer solutions to business owners that best meet their employee’s specific needs.

Formally, I was a Special Education Teacher in the areas of Learning support, Emotional Support, and Autistic Support. I co-owned and managed veterinary clinic and ran a wildlife rehabilitation clinic.

I enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, kayaking, bicycle riding, swimming, and visiting my three kids.
